Not all locations currently support devices added using this method. Be sure to restart the device after adding the MAC address. If you are still unable to use the device please call support at 443-321-3743.
Devices will be disconnected after 28 hours, but will connect again automatically when restarted. To avoid any interruption you may want to be sure your device is turned off for two continuous hours a day.
